Terms of use

This English version is a translation, for convenience. La version française fait foi: the French text prevails.

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on GameRadar. By creating your account, you accept them.

1. The service

GameRadar recommends games to you from what you played, finished and mastered, based on the public profiles you link (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation) and the games you add. The service is free, without ads, and published by a private individual.

2. Your account

• You must be 15 or older.
• A valid email address, which you confirm, or a Google account.
• You keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time: Profile › My account.

3. What you agree not to do

• Get around the site's limits or security, or query it with a program to extract its data.
• Disrupt how it works or use it for anything illegal.
• Create an account with someone else's address.

4. Your content

The games you add, your tags and your choices remain yours. You allow GameRadar to keep them and use them to run the service, nothing else.

5. The recommendations and the information about the games

The recommendations are suggestions. The information about the games (catalogs, subscriptions, prices, free offers, ratings) comes from third-party services; it may be incomplete, inaccurate or change without notice. Check it on the store before buying.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. It may change, be interrupted (maintenance, failure, a third-party service unavailable or cutting its access) or stop. Before a permanent shutdown, you will be told so you can get back what matters to you.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages linked to the use of the site or to its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

8. Suspension

An account that does not follow these terms may be suspended or deleted. An account not signed in for 3 years is deleted automatically.

9. Personal data

10. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too; an important change will be pointed out to you, and you can delete your account if you do not accept it.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first write to gameradarapp@gmail.com: we will look for an amicable solution before any other step.
